Opened in April 2008, The London School of Tarot runs
tarot training courses for beginners to intermediate Tarot to advanced Masterclasses
Beginner’s classes: The next course will run on Sunday evenings from 7pm - 9.30pm on the following days:
Sunday 24th January; Sunday 31st January; Sunday 7th February; Sunday 14th February 2010.
Cost is £120 for the course. There are still a couple of places left, so book now! Please note that all courses are taught using the standard Rider-Waite deck which students will be expected to purchase before the course (Amazon has a good price!)

Course Content
During the course, we will go through the images and definitions of all 78 Tarot cards, and practise at least four readings together including general spreads and spreads concerning relationships, work life etc. You will learn about your Soul Card and what this says about your purpose in life, together with your ‘Teacher’ card which indicates your lessons to learn in this life. We will also look at how Tarot links to astrology and numerology. One of the main spreads to know about is the Celtic Cross and we will look at this in detail.

A workshop entitled ‘How to Be a Better Tarot Reader’
We are delighted to welcome Joanna Watters, author of ‘Tarot for Today’ and ‘Astrology for Today’ and the founder of The Greek Island Summer School to the London School of Tarot

Tarot Courses from the London School of Tarot
Here at the London School of Tarot we run a number of Tarot training courses. These includes courses for beginners, intermediate Tarot readers who want to improve and practise their skill and Advanced Masterclasses.
Tarot Intermediate Classes: These run in central London on three weekend days. The cost is an amazing £120 for the whole course. For course content, see the ‘Beginners and Intermediate’ page.
New dates are being planned for Spring 2010.
Tarot Masterclasses: The Masterclasses will now run on the second Friday evening of each month starting 9th October 2009 from 7-9pm and cost £20. The Masterclass will be run jointly by Debbie Winterbourne and Tiffany Ronald, both experienced Tarot practitioners, so you get two teachers for the price of one!
Suitable for those who already have some knowledge of the Tarot and who want to improve their Tarot reading skills. This is a mixed group including professional readers and intermediate students. Each Masterclass stands alone and therefore it is possible to dip in and out of the Masterclasses as you wish. Each class covers a different theme per month with plenty of time to practise your readings. Just email info@londonschooloftarot the week before the Masterclass if you wish to attend.
Tarot readings are available to the public by advanced students, on the first Friday of every month from 6pm to 8.30pm. Only £10 for a twenty minute reading. No need to book; if you would like a reading, just turn up.
